HomeTrading Restrictions for Clients

Trading Restrictions for Clients

1. Introduction

This Customer Trading Agreement (the “Agreement”) establishes the rules governing trading activities conducted by clients on the Company’s trading platform. It sets forth trading restrictions intended to maintain fair trading conditions, protect the integrity and reliability of financial markets, and safeguard both the Company and its clients against abusive trading practices, market manipulation, and operational disruptions.

By opening or maintaining a trading account with the Company, the Client acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

  • Company
The brokerage entity providing financial trading services and access to the trading platform.
  • Client
Any individual or legal entity that opens a trading account with the Company.
  • Trading Platform
The electronic systems, including software and infrastructure, used by Clients to execute trading transactions.
  • Abusive Trading
Trading activities that exploit system latency, pricing errors, or technical inefficiencies to obtain an unfair trading advantage.

3. General Trading Restrictions

  • 3.1 Carry Trade Restrictions
Clients must not open or maintain trading positions solely for the purpose of profiting from interest rate differentials between currencies or exploiting discrepancies in swap rates or interest rates.

The Company may investigate such activities and close positions determined to have been opened or maintained primarily for these purposes.
  • 3.2 Hedging Restrictions
Clients are prohibited from simultaneously opening buy and sell positions in the same financial instrument or in highly correlated instruments with the intention of exploiting system inefficiencies or promotional conditions.

The Company may cancel or adjust the positions involved in such activities.
  • 3.3 High-Frequency Trading Restrictions
Clients must not employ automated trading strategies or trading systems that generate an excessive number of orders within extremely short periods, potentially disrupting system performance or adversely affecting market liquidity.

The Company may investigate such activities and suspend accounts exhibiting high-frequency trading patterns or excessive system resource consumption.
  • 3.4 Minimum Position Holding Period of 45 Seconds
Clients are required to maintain each trading position for a minimum period of forty-five (45) seconds. The holding period shall be calculated from the execution time of the opening order to the execution time of the closing order, as recorded on the Company’s trading server.

Closing a position, whether fully or partially, before the expiration of the forty-five (45) second minimum holding period is prohibited.

This requirement applies to manual trading, automated trading systems, and Expert Advisors (EAs).

The Company may review trades that violate this requirement and take corrective measures in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement, including the cancellation of the relevant trades or adjustments to the associated trading results, subject to applicable laws.

Compliance with the minimum holding period does not exempt any trading activity from the other restrictions established under this Agreement.
  • 3.5 Arbitrage Trading Restrictions
Arbitrage trading intended to exploit pricing discrepancies between liquidity providers, trading platforms, or delayed price feeds is prohibited.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

    • Latency Arbitrage
    • Price Feed Arbitrage
    • Triangular Arbitrage exploiting system latency

The Company may cancel profits generated from such activities.
  • 3.6 Latency Arbitrage
Clients must not exploit technological advantages to profit from delays in price feeds, server response times, or order execution on the trading platform.

If the Company determines that a Client has engaged in latency arbitrage or similar activities, the Company may:

    • Cancel the relevant trades.
    • Adjust the associated trading results.
    • Suspend the trading account.
  • 3.7 Abusive News-Based Scalping
The Company may investigate trading strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies or liquidity gaps during major economic news announcements.

If the Company determines that such activities exploit technical inefficiencies rather than reflect genuine trading based on market conditions, the Company may cancel or adjust the relevant trades.
  • 3.8 Bonus Abuse Restrictions
Clients must not misuse promotional bonuses, trading credits, or deposit incentives to generate profits or increase trading volumes through activities that do not constitute genuine trading.

Abuse of promotional bonus programs may result in:

    • Cancellation of bonuses.
    • Deduction of profits generated through bonus abuse from the trading account.
    • Suspension of the Client’s trading account.
  • 3.9 Permitted Trading Strategies
Clients may use only trading strategies, automated trading systems, or Expert Advisors (EAs) that comply with the Company’s trading policies.

The use of malicious, abusive, or unauthorized trading software is strictly prohibited.
  • 3.10 Market Manipulation
Any activity intended to manipulate market prices or liquidity conditions is strictly prohibited.

Such activities include, but are not limited to:

    • Placing large orders intended to cause artificial market price movements.
    • Spoofing or Layering strategies involving deceptive orders.
    • Coordinated trading activities intended to manipulate market prices.

Such activities will trigger an immediate account review and may result in account suspension.
  • 3.11 Protection Against Toxic Order Flow
The Company may monitor and restrict trading order flow that it determines to be detrimental to its liquidity providers.

Such order flow includes trading activities that systematically exploit:

    • Price feed latency.
    • Liquidity gaps.
    • Market microstructure inefficiencies.

The Company may implement corrective measures deemed necessary to protect its relationships with liquidity providers.
  • 3.12 System Integrity and Stability Protection
Clients must not engage in activities that impair or disrupt the performance or stability of the Company’s trading systems.

    Prohibited activities include:

    • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the trading platform.
    • Abnormal order submission patterns.
    • Activities that overload system resources or compromise system stability.

4. Trading Hours

Clients may submit trading orders only during the official trading hours announced by the Company.

Orders submitted outside the designated trading hours may be automatically rejected or subject to review by the Company.

5. KYC and AML Compliance

Clients must fully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification requirements established by the Company.

Trading accounts that fail to complete the required verification procedures may be subject to trading restrictions or suspension.

6. Company’s Rights and Enforcement

In the event of any violation of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to take corrective measures at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.

Such measures include, but are not limited to:

  • Cancellation of relevant trades or orders.
  • Adjustment of profits or associated trading results.
  • Cancellation of bonuses or promotional incentives.
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of trading accounts.
  • Termination of the business relationship with the Client.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time to maintain fair trading conditions or comply with regulatory requirements.

Continued use of the trading platform shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms and conditions, subject to applicable laws.
